El Camino is a restaurant located in the centre of the city of Palma, specialising in a gastronomic offer based on tapas.
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
We offer two sittings at lunch and three sittings in the evening. To come to El Camino for lunch or dinner, it is advisable to make a reservation in advance. Our dishes are served at a long marble bar, where diners sit on stools, in front of our open kitchen so you can enjoy watching our team prepare your food.
In our kitchen we source fresh and seasonal produce. We prepare different menus, depending on the season of the year, in order to take advantage of all those products that are only available a few months a year.
The El Camino team is made up of individuals who are passionate about their work and strive every day to offer the best service to all who visit us.
Owner
Eddie is the founder of the restaurant. After creating Barrafina restaurants in London with his brother Sam. Eddie decided to travel to Mallorca and settle here, creating El Camino Palma. Eddie is the founder, but we can also see him on occasions behind the bar at El Camino and El Caminito serving his clients who, over the years have become friends.
Manager
Guillermo started in the world of cooking at the early age of 20, when he decided to travel to London to start work. He spent 5 years there, the last two in Barrafina as junior sous chef in the kitchen. He returned to Spain, to live and work in Madrid, Barcelona and Ibiza in restaurants by the Paraguas Group and Grupo Tragaluz. Guillermo joined El Camino in 2021 and is head chef.

From Elda Alicante, Sergio has had an extensive career in the world of hospitality to get to where he is today. At 23 years old he began working at Barrafina, working his way up through the ranks over a period of 5 years. He had been at El Camino for 6 yearsand runs the front of house team.
